Kind and friendly staffs. Conveient location for sightseeing.
I stayed by myself and the room was on the ground floor which was dark all day.
The staff were wonderful in all ways . ...the laptop in the room with free internet was very much a bonus . I loved the design of the Hotel and the location is the best in Seville
The Petit Place Santa Cruz is a modern hotel. The services include free wifi and a laptop in every room. The hotel is located in the old city centre, a 5 min walk from the cathedral.
The location is excellent for walking everywhere. The room is quite spacious as is the bathroom. Laptops in every room and in the business area are useful if you're that way inclined.
Very modern and design hotel it lacks any Sevillian charm. For a hotel which claims to be high tech the shower didn't work porperly, the curtains in the room were off the hooks and our street view room was quite noisy.
location is perfect.everything you would like to see and good tapas bar are near by.free wifi with laptop inthe room is the only hotel we stayed .bath room, beds ,thick glass window blocked out the outsida noise very exxectivelyeven though our room facing the street.iwll recommand anyone if the budgst is not an issue.
the cost of buffet breakfast is very expensive. the better one we paid half the price in our Barcelona hotel
Staff people are always nice and kind. Perfect location, very clean.
No privacy for the bathroom. In fact, it's inside the room, just separated by a glass.
the original price was well out of reach for us, but because of the competitive reduction through bookings.com, two poor artists were able to have a bit of luxury in the heart of Seville. Asking I rang and asked, we were given a 3rd floor room facing a lovely church (originally we had been allocated a ground floor room, and this review might have been very different as a result). Location was excellent. The double bed design was a bit odd (the gap that kept opening in the middle was no fun for a loving couple), but was otherwise from and comfortable. Bathroom was a luxary after weeks en campo..
We had to put a towel over the huge black and white photograph of a shower-looffer (!) in the bedroom. A bit more thought could go into the art work. Always better to have nothing on the walls than something silly or visually ridiculous. What not have a simple slab of colour. Thinking about colour, we also had to hide the orange cushions that were exactly the same orange as Easy - Jet! Downstairs in the lobby, the 'design' aspect of the hotel was trying too hard for our taste..very mid-90's (do we need to sit at uncomfortable designer chairs and look at a metal bowl filled with sand in the shape of a star each morning? I'd rather you spent the money giving visitors access to another UK newspaper, and let me sit in a deep comfy chair.
location, room overlooking road junction (not much traffic but a numberof local people), church and a restaurant for breakfast (coffee, toast and marmalde for 2E. Easy to walk to the centre through the narrow streets.
the free coffe/tea machine was situated near the stairs but no lightso could not easily read the instructions or choices,
Nice hotel helpful and attentive staff. The surroundings are stylish, new and clean. The free internet access provided in our room was a real bonus.
Described as having air conditioning which was not the case. It needs airconditioning and not air circulation.
Friendly staff. Excellent location in the barrio. Nice room. Great Internet access. Good value for money.
Breakfast too expensive. Preferred to have food in cafes nearby instead. Ants in bathroom but didn't make it to bedroom. Glass wall and door of bathroom almost see-through when bathroom light on. Door especially so, and was coming off hinges at top. maybe a separate small light would be better in bathroom as was also very bright at night - blinding when ur asleep and woken by it!
Nice modern place in the middle of Seville. Great location, but it's in the tight, winding streets of old Seville, making car parking nearly impossible and walking utterly necessary. However taxis are quick and the trips to the airport or train station are short. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were high tech modern, but comfortable
i liked the design and the confort of the sound proofed rooms
Very nice design, laptop in the room, nice bathroom
Friendly staff, good location, all the mod coms, plus a laptop in the room. Modern looking room.Good breakfast. Within walking distance of downtown, and most tourist attractions.
A bit over priced. Our room had a broken bathroom mirror (loose on wall), a cracked glass balcony door, the carpet needed to be replaced, I think that the intention had been to put in a wooden/laminate floor but design of shower floods into bedroom area. This needs attention as for the price I would have expected better.
Four star hotel supposedly but without a bar and no ability to buy a glass of wine in the evening. When asked one member of staff was particularly unhelpful and just shrugged.
